12 x 12 stalls with a 12 x 24 outside area. Board includes daily stall cleaning and water changes, twice a day feeding, shavings, and once daily grain if owner provides the supplies. Access to the barn resources, i.e., round pen and arenas, is also included.

Included board in either a stall or pasture. Horses in full training are worked 4-5 days a week, depending on their workload. Custom program tailored to your horse's needs. Consignment horses are required to be in training for the duration of their stay to be properly evaluated and advertised.
