About Our Barn
We are located in the beautiful rolling hills of Newcastle, California. Conveniently located 5 minutes off of Interstate 80. We are a full-service equestrian center offering horseback riding lessons for all ages and levels, endurance horse riding coaching, training, boarding, and more!
Lessons
Whether you or your child is just starting or looking to sharpen their skills, our lessons are a GREAT way to start! English and Western lessons are offered to ages 6+. Summer camps are a great summer activity to get your child hooked as well!
Boarding
We offer both pasture and stall boarding, including oversized stalls. We offer a walker, round pen, two arenas, wash racks, trailer parking, and more! Contact us to get more information on what is offered.
Training
Training is also available, including getting trail miles on your equine partner! Training includes board, training in the arena, on trail, and on the ground.
Endurance Team
The Crater Hill Endurance Team was developed as a way to educate and involve riders of all ages in the sport of endurance! Whether your goals are 25s or Tevis, we can help! We also have a limited number of endurance horses for lease.
